About Manuela,
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Manuela descends from a lineage of educators, artists, and writers. Her life's mission revolves around exploring human connectivity through ritual and healing. Endowed with remarkable sensitivities, she believes in the inherent empathic nature of all individuals. Her vision is to nurture this ability, guiding others towards deeper self-awareness and understanding of the world.
Driven by a passion for travel and photography, Manuela has traversed 44 countries in the past decade. These cultural immersions, coupled with mentorship from First Nation elders, profoundly influence her approach to reconnecting with spirit and accessing higher consciousness, fostering connections among individuals.
Manuela holds a Masters in Human Development and Psychology with a focus on Global Education from Harvard University. She has been recognized as a keynote speaker at diversity conferences and honored for her thesis on the transformative power of movement.
A contributing author to the best-selling children’s book anthology "Brave Kids: Short Stories to Inspire Our Future World Changers," Manuela's poignant chapter on Courage deeply moved readers. Currently, she is crafting a poetic memoir slated for release next year.
Manuela has been featured on notable podcasts such as Shara Rose's "Higher Self" and Almost 30, sharing her insights and wisdom.
For over two-thirds of her life, Manuela has dedicated herself to studying a diverse array of healing modalities, including shamanistic practices, intuitive touch, crystal healing, aromatherapy, mediumship, dance and movement therapy, Reiki, breathwork, family constellations, craniosacral therapy, and First Nations' connection to the Earth. She has also operated her own holistic healing practice for 15 years.
Her upcoming venture involves organizing and leading transformative journeys to countries that have deeply impacted her, promoting unity, celebrating diversity, and fulfilling our fundamental longing to belong.
