I have a history of eating disorders and body dysmorphia. I contacted Manuela to complement my traditional therapies of psychiatry, psychotherapy, and medication.  I wanted to get to the root of why I felt the way I did. I never envisioned how transformational this experience would be.  Layer by layer, I worked on releasing guilt, limiting beliefs, and shame.  In one particular session, I worked on healing relationships.  After the session, I felt so free. Hi Manuela, wow it was a really intense experience, I felt like I was levitating and my whole body was tingling and vibrating. It was incredible and very surreal and really visual I felt like I was flying in the clouds. Then I slept for like 9 hours and I’m still feeling like I’m trying to re-calibrate. What do you mean by integration exactly? How do I integrate the experience? 💞✨

The breathwork was so powerful- a really simple breath  but it very quickly reached layers that obviously needed to be reached. The music was gorgeous and so fitting too. Manuela creates a beautiful space and I truly felt held the entire time. I had some really comforting visuals, which I wasn’t expecting. IMMERSIONS:

My immersion with Manuela was one of the greatest gifts I could have ever given myself. I am so deeply honored to have been able to sit with her one-on-one while she held space for me to transform. Her devotion to this body of work and the service of others is so beautiful to witness and experience. She truly is the purest channel of divine love in human form. 

Throughout this journey, she was right there with me, supporting and guiding me while I moved through the depths of myself. She created a safe container and held the space with the highest loving intention. The trust that was created in our time together allowed me to go to the places within myself I was afraid to travel alone. 

Manuela is such a gift to this world, a magical, radiant light. I am forever grateful to have been able to experience this sacred journey with her. Immersion review

I had the opportunity to do an Immersion with Manuela this summer. Wow, it was such a life giving experience! Manuela gives so much love and detail to really create a beautiful immersion container that was unique to what would nourish and support me. What I loved most was the variety of supportive tools and guidance that Manuela weaved in throughout the immersion that where just what I needed to allow myself to go into the root of deep wounds, have profound healing, while also tapping into Joy and Play. In the end I felt so restored, grounded, strong, and clear on the next steps!
